FUTONDANSU STORAGE CHESTS
Futondansu were used to store bedding and pillows, so are deeper than most other
tansu. They are spacious enough to use as clothing chests, entertainment
centers and even computer desks. They typically come apart into smaller
sections for easy transport and are made of high quality hinoki, cryptomeria and
paulownia with hardened hinoki pins rather than nails, and hand forged iron
drawer pulls and fittings. They are beautiful as well as functional and
